My order was placed on July 11th and I haven’t received it yet. I don’t even have a shipping date.

I never received my order. That was placed on Feb. 5th, 2025. I have sent messages to support and the seventhave Gmail as well as DM'd the brand on Instagram with no response. I can not review something I never received. As of today Feb. 22nd, 2025 my tracking number for my order says USPS has received the shipment label and awaiting to receive the package at their facilty. Hopefully someone will see this Review and finally get back me with product or a refund since I did receive anything from this company.

This lemon lip scrub is everything!!! It smells amazing!! My lips are so soft I immediately noticed a difference. Ladies grab you one. I promised you will not be disappointed.

This was my second time purchasing this product.
I really enjoy the lemon drop lip scrub it taste like lemon meringue pie to me. It leaves my lips plump and soft. I will continue to purchase this product for my friends and family as well.

I received the Lemon Drop Bundle in a semi timely manner. Some of the products arrived sealed while other products were not. None of the lip scrubs or facial scrub were sealed. My facial scrub was separated from the jar and moving around. I'm not sure if that's how it's suppose to be or not. My body butter and scrub were sealed. I haven't tried my products but will definitely try them out soon.

I did not receive the bundle. I was sent the Lemon Drop Duo in error. I'm hoping that order 20005 can be corrected as I am excited to try it.

Omg! The Lemon Drop Lip Scrub is an awesome product. It smells scrumptious like a lemon poundcake. It keeps my lips soft and moisturized.

This lemon drop duo is a must!! The facial scrub really did its job and my face was left feeling fresh and clean. The lip scrub is amazing it took off the dead skin and left my lips super soft. Shipping was super fast, I will definitely e a repeat customer.

My daughter was having issues with her skin looking dull and breaking out. Since using the product for one week, her skin is glowing and clearing up. She has had a major GLOW UP! Her face is soft and moist without it being overwhelmingly oily.

I tell you Mel has out done herself with this lemon drop! Bae bee the scent smells like fresh squeezed lemon with the velvet smoothness when it touches your body. Gentle cleansing followed up with the rest of the collection for that relaxing night or day!

My 70 years young sister is a cancer survivor the chemo and radiation damaged her skin on top of that years later she had shingles which left dark spots well I purchased the lemon drop bundle and had it shipped to her she's very happy with the outcome 😀 isn't she beautiful thanks Mel your products really works

I absolutely love the products especially the lip scrub…. Seriously my lips hasn’t dried out since I started using the product. The smell is so relaxing… this is definitely a re-purchase when I being to get low.

I ordered this bundle on 10-6-23. Today is 10-16-23. I still don’t have the bundle, nor can I get an update. When I contacted the company, I was told that they shipped the order on Saturday and was told to check with USPS on Monday. I checked the tracking number after 9 am this morning, still no update. Only that a label was created for the merchandise. At this point all I wanted was my money refunded. I contacted the company to ask for a refund. I was told that they have a 5 to 7 day shipping window. The email attached is from someone at seventh avenue. This email states they would refund my money because they are particular; about “who” they service? It’s astonishing that any company would attempt to belittle a customer for inquiring about a order of any size. I’ll spend my money with someone who values me as a customer. All I wanted was the product or an explanation to why it was taking so long? UNBELIEVABLE RESPONSE!!! A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Only a fool would respond this way. I wish you guys could see the entire conversation. The only time that there was any correspondence was when I reached out to them on October 10 and on today. After being advised by the company to check the tracking on today. Someone stated they shipped 300 orders on Saturday. Why they told me about the other 299 was crazy to me. All I wanted was mine. In the reviews people were raving about the fast service. Henceforth is what I expected. All I got was a nasty attitude.

I only tried the lemon 🍋 facial scrub and the lip 💋 scrub I'm waiting on the lemon body butter and the scrub but the products that I've received I loved it my face is glowing and my lips are so soft ❤️ LOVE IT MEL ♟️

This smells amazing, and my skin is so soft. I hade to go buy me lemon cake 😁 To be honest I have all of the products and am ordering again. I can not run out, Mel you have the best products. I love everything, next will have to buy the pink lipstick 💄Looking forward to some Christmas shopping through Seventh Avenue Beauty!
