Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 7β10 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Our processing timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, package, and quality-check each order before shipment.
Shipping Labels
To help ensure orders are shipped as efficiently as possible, we often print shipping labels in advance as part of our fulfillment process.
Please note: Receiving a tracking number or seeing that a shipping label has been created does not mean your package has shipped. It simply means your order is being prepared for shipment. Tracking information will begin updating once the carrier has received and scanned your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, tracking updates may take 24β48 hours to begin appearing.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship every order within our stated processing timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, severe weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your information before your order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.

Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each package.
