I would give a zero if I could because I never received any of the items I purchased. As per the tracking info, they never got sent out. I inquired via the email address that was provided but it kicked back a mailer-daemon. I put in a dispute with my bank so I can get my $100+ back.

I will be 62 in August. I would never leave the house without foundation on. Not Because I had bad skin, but I felt I looked better with it on. Welp! I’ve been using Seventh avenue skin products a couple years now. Now, I only wear foundation if I’m going out. Now I feel like foundation hides my beautiful skin. I’ve used both the foaming cleanser and the vitamin moisturizer, my 64 year old skin loves them. My skin was clean without harsh dryness and so soft and clear. My complexion became brighter, more even. I try to hop on them sales whenever possible because that makes it a steal

This duo is a must have for me this about my 12 time ordering these products because I have been using them since Mel first came out. They have cleared up all my dark spots and makes my skin so soft. I’ve been using the facial products for several months now and at age 68 my face is so soft. If I go to bed without the regimen my face reminds me to get up and prepare for a good nights rest. I asked my granddaughter to touch how smooth and soft my face and neck are she was reluctant of the touching the face thing. She says Nana it’s so soft. I love this product and will Never use anything else. I also advised her let’s get started on her lifetime of facial care at 16 with the harsh elements of Las Vegas, Nevada it will really help. Again this product is beyond awesome it’s a Blessing for my skin.

I have previously purchased these products and love them; however, I received a travel bag instead of the items I purchased. After several emails and no response, I am a little annoyed. At this point I have no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company to obtain a refund.

I purchased the hydration bundle on 4/21/24 and only received the lip primer on 4/26/24. Who pay $96.00 for a lip primer. I sent an email and send pictures and no response. Going to give a chance, if no response I will reach out to my bank. I would prefer my items. This is my first time buying these products.
