These Terms of Service apply to your use of seventhavenuebeauty.net and to purchases from Seventh Avenue Beauty, which is operated by Seventh Avenue Beauty by Melody Holt LLC. By using the site, placing an order or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS / Text Message Program
Program description. Seventh Avenue Beauty sends text messages to customers who opt in through our sign-up form at seventhavenuebeauty.net/pages/sms-opt-in. Message use cases:
- Transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and customer care messages.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately consent): promotions, offers, new product launches and sale announcements.
Consent. You opt in by checking the consent box or boxes on our sign-up form and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text message program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Orders and Shipping
Our products are handmade to order in small batches. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to ship. Discounts shown on the site are applied at checkout. We may cancel an order if a product is priced in error or cannot be fulfilled, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
Products
Fragrances described as "inspired by" another brand are our own original interpretations. Seventh Avenue Beauty is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those brands, and our products do not contain or replicate their fragrances. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
