Response Time

We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days. During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, response times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and respond to emails in the order they are received.

To ensure your inquiry is received and handled promptly:

  • Please do not send customer service requests through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

  • Please do not send direct messages to Melody regarding orders or customer service matters.

Messages sent through social media or personal direct messages are not monitored for customer support and cannot be guaranteed to be seen or responded to in time. To avoid delays, all order-related questions, changes, cancellations, and support requests must be submitted through our official customer support email.

Before Contacting Us About Your Order

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping labels may be created before your package is handed to the carrier. Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean your order has shipped.

  • Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Mailing Address

If you need our mailing or business address for an approved return or other correspondence, please contact our customer support team first. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
