Both soaps share the same nourishing base of olive, soybean, coconut, canola, and sunflower oils, plus organic shea butter. This blend creates a rich lather that cleanses thoroughly without stripping your skin of its natural moisture.

Yes! Both soaps are made with natural, skin-loving ingredients and are free from harsh detergents. The Sage Essence does contain gentle exfoliants (sea salt, oatmeal, peppermint leaves), so if you have very reactive skin, the Main Squeeze may be your everyday pick while the Sage Essence works great for a weekly exfoliating treat.

With daily use, each bar typically lasts 4–6 weeks. To extend the life of your soaps, keep them on a well-draining soap dish between uses and let them dry completely between showers.
