Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every order is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During sales, holidays, and new-product launches, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience in supporting a small business.

Shipping & delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination after the order leaves our studio, and estimated transit times are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Seventh Avenue Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows an issue or your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to support@seventhavenueskin.com and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
