The Haircare products are amazing. The vegan soap is very good but I had an allergic reaction. I'm not 100 percent it is the soap. I'm an asthmatic and had to be very careful with most anything that I use. I wasn't having reactions until I started using the soap. I'm trying to pinpoint the issue

The products really do work! We try everything else, why not try something for us by us! All products are manufactured in the US by a black female chemist all natural! How many companies can say that? AND the customer service is great! Try everything. You’ll thank me later.

I have used the foaming face wash & moisturizer…. My face feels like a baby! So soft and smooth. I’ve been using this for 6 days & I already noticed a difference in my skin texture on my face & minimizing my fine lines. I feel beautiful & I can finally wear less makeup!!!! Next I tried the blueberry vegan body scrub!!!! MAAM!!! First of all I wanted to eat the scrub it smells sooooo delicious!!!! The scent lasts for sooo long!!! The scrub itself got my body right!!! I feel like silk when I use it! I love that it’s not hard & gritty & I love the moisturized feeling of my body after use & no oily feeling afterwards. I have yet to try my hair conditioner (leave in & deep conditioner) next & the restore oil!!!! Miss Lady, YOU DID YOUR THING WITH THIS HERE!!! You’ve got a new repeat customer now!!! I used my bundle, and I am happy to report that everything this product purports is true. The smell of the leave in conditioner is amazing, the feel, the texture of my hair was awesome, and the mask is "masking". I am so glad I purchased this bundle and will continue to use. I am natural and I appreciate the products. My hair was/is so manageable. The hair serum is amazing, and Mel was right about the body oil, it is not sticky, greasy and does leave a "glow". I will continue to support Our Queen and the 4pc nugget.
For some reason, this order was mailed to my old address (which I have not lived at that location in over a year). I received notification that the order was returned due to 'addressee moved with no forwarding address' and also received an email that the product was returned to the Huntsville., AL address.
I sent an email stating this information along with the correct mailing address. My 1st order was received in ample time. Not sure how this happened.
I have not received this particular order as of today.
I'm sure I will love the product once I receive it.
I have re-ordered because it is really great to my hair. I am 4C with low porosity. The Hair Masque penetrates and retains moisture even when you wash it out. Then the oil and leave in conditioner continue to keep my hair soft and moisturized until my next wash day.
I used the hair bundle on my relaxed hair and it hydrated it so much!! You can visibly see how much hydration went into my hair!! I love it!! Amazing job Melody!! Shout out to your Chemist as well, she is just..amazing!! 👑🩷

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of this company’s products. I placed an order on July 21st and received my products on August 17th after contacting customer service to inquire about their status. Unfortunately, the shop had not updated the status from “in process.” I was never offered an apology for the delay, which is highly unprofessional.
Once received it arrived in a pretty rose usps bag just thrown in presentation was subpar to say the least. I gave the company an appropriate rating because I received a great deal for back-to-school shopping. This is also the only reason I did not dispute the transaction with my creditor. For this reason alone, it would be challenging for me to purchase from this company again. Even if the products are great once we’ve used them for some time.
I reslly appreciate how light and airy this line of haid products feel in my hair. Using the entire system has improved my hair over the course of a year. Oh and I've also used the Rose Water Hair Exlixir on my wig units and it works wonderfully for detangling while adding softness to my units both real human hair and synthetic!!!
