Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already entered our fulfillment process.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@seventhavenueskin.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
After 24 hours from the time your order is placed, your order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, including preparing products and printing shipping labels, we reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if your order has already entered fulfillment, even if the request is made within the 24-hour cancellation window.
Please note that the creation of a shipping label is part of our fulfillment process and does not necessarily mean your package has shipped.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond our stated processing timeframe due to a delay on our part, you may request to cancel your order provided it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. If approved, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
