Dear Dr. Shari and Team, I hope you're well. I wanted to bring to your attention that the cologne I received was broken, with the bottle shattered and the box soaked wet. Upon opening, I noticed it was only wrapped in light bubble wrap without a proper box, which likely caused the damage. My only request is to get a replacement product for my son, and I’m not seeking a refund. I truly appreciate Melody’s responsiveness, but I feel my concerns are being overlooked, and I want to emphasize that my intention is to support and build up black-owned businesses, not to cause any issues. I would be grateful for your help in resolving this matter. Thank you
