Like others have stated, I've been waiting for my order since August 30, 2026. I emailed multiple times without a response. The SHOP app shows my status as "waiting for details" for several weeks now.
I really believe in supporting black businesses but the customer service is horrendous. Very disappointing to say the least and I pray it's not a scam at this point.

Resilia is a lovely scent. While wearing it many people compliment me on the scent . Of course,I direct them to SAB website to purchase.Once again, Melody and SAB team have created a great product.

Resilia, is awesome! I absolutely love it. I have not been wearing perfume, because I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease and I have to be careful what I put on my skin. But with Seventh Avenue, I can use all the product’s. I received Resilia this passed Saturday. I love Resilia ♥️

I ordered a Resilia Trio Set the second week in August and haven’t gotten it yet. I have been sending emails to try and get a positive response, but nothing.
The Resilia Designer Inspired fragance gives me a romantic, sophisticated ,long lasting aroma. When I wear the fragrance, I am always asked what "am I wearing". This by far is my favorite scent from SAB.
I wish I could give a review of the products I ordered on 8-13-26. However, according to tracking information, as of 9-16-26, my order has yet to be shipped! I have not received my order after ordering over one month ago! It’s very upsetting and I was looking forward to being a regular customer! Hopefully one day in the near future I will receive what I’ve paid for! It’s crazy to even have received an email asking for a review when my order has not even been shipped yet!!! Smh

I am writing this review because of the customer service. I ordered the Resilia bundle in July. I still have not received my order. As a matter of fact, I only received my eczema cream and not the bundle of Resilia. I have contacted Melody twice via Instagram and have not received a response. This is the only reason I am writing this review. As a faithful customer for Melody, I am very disappointed in the service at this point.
