“Win a Free Cruise for Two” Sweepstakes — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Seventh Avenue Beauty, 2252 Governors Bend Road SE, Huntsville, AL 35801 (“Sponsor”). [Confirm exact legal entity name.]

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [START DATE] at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per phone number for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

(a) Text/SMS Entry. During the Promotion Period, submit your mobile phone number through the on-site sign-up form and opt in to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor. You will receive one (1) entry. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Consenting to receive marketing text messages is NOT required to enter or to win — see the free alternate method of entry below.

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — no SMS consent required. Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the words “Win a Free Cruise for Two Sweepstakes” on a 3″ x 5″ card, and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Seventh Avenue Beauty, Attn: “Cruise Sweepstakes,” 2252 Governors Bend Road SE, Huntsville, AL 35801. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [END DATE] and received by [RECEIVE-BY DATE]. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailed envelope; mechanically reproduced or illegible entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: [DESCRIBE THE PRIZE in detail — e.g., a cruise certificate/voucher for two (2) people for a [#]-night cruise to [DESTINATION] aboard a cruise line selected by Sponsor]. The winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, including without limitation: transportation to and from the port of departure, passports and travel documents, ground transfers, taxes, port charges and fees, gratuities, excursions, meals and beverages not included, travel insurance, incidentals, and all other expenses. Travel and redemption are subject to availability, blackout dates, and the terms and conditions of the cruise/travel provider. The guest must travel on the same itinerary as the winner and meet all eligibility requirements; any guest who is a minor must be the winner’s child and/or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No cash alternative, substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize must be claimed and redeemed by [REDEEM-BY DATE]. All prize details not specified herein are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or about [DRAWING DATE]. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided (by phone, text, and/or email) within [#] days after the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within [#] days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, fails to return required documents within the stated time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random, time permitting.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and fees associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and entry for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

10. General Conditions; Release; Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical, hardware, software, telephone, network, or Internet malfunctions; or any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any entrant’s participation) if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the cruise/travel providers, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the prize.

11. Disputes; Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], Alabama, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. No Third-Party Sponsorship

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), Klaviyo, any mobile carrier, or any cruise line or travel provider.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner (available after [DATE]), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Seventh Avenue Beauty, Attn: “Cruise Sweepstakes Winner,” 2252 Governors Bend Road SE, Huntsville, AL 35801.
