Your order fulfilment was EXCELLENT , howerver, the USPS was HORRIBLE. You shipped my order on 4/8, USPS gave delivery date of 4/14 . Their tracking info kept giving delays from that point, even after being in Ybor City Distribution center which is in Tampa and only 5 miles from my home on the 4/12. I receive notice that my order would be delivered on 4/21 , which I only received 1 item in the bag which was the facial cleanser that was used and had no lid. The postal worker said that was all she had for delivery. It clearly had been opened and taped back with clear packing tape. Someone within the USPS obviously stole the rest of my order. Unfortunately I was very upst, because I ordered it for my daughter. I have emailed SAB customer support regarding this matter and requested a refund. I no longer trust THE USPS, I'm hoping that one day FEDEX or UPS will be a delivery option in the future, I would gladly pay more to receive your product to do a review. I'm sure it would be excellent because Melody Shari is a perfectionist and honors her brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter . sincerely. Wynnette Gray

I haven’t yet received my package to do a review however the customer service has been very helpful and attentive with helping me with a shipping issue. Once I receive my order I will give a very thorough review ❤️
