I didn't receive my order

I sent a message to your team letting you know that shop added the wrong shipping address before my order was shipped and I never received a reply. It was sent to my daughter's college address at Alabama State University and school is out. It's not your fault. I didn't know or that that address was added because I order from you all the time and I receive and love your products and was looking forward to trying it out because it was a different scent than I've tried before. Love you guys but unfortunately I can't give a review.
